A New Way To Market Your Unsold House
In today's ditressed real estate market with it's four million homes for sale it's a very gloomy forecast for many would be sellers. I'm going to explain a method of moving a property which will be of help to a number of those sellers. Unfortunately this won't be of much help to someone facing foreclosure or who needs the money from the sale for whatever reason. The ones who can benefit the most from this method are ones that need to move to another part of the country for some reason. This will work best when the seller is not in a distress situation, although it could even then work in certain circumstances. Although this is not a big secret, the method of relocating and not having to sell first has not been a will known way of accomplishing your goal of only owning one house at a time. This works especially well for someone in the military, facing a job relocation, retirement or something similar where you need or want to move and need to get rid of your home. It especially works well now when it's sometimes impossible to sell a house. While there are of companies doing this I'm going to focus on the basic policies of one of them while not naming names. Google house trading, house swapping, etc. to find companies that do this. Here's how it works: For a $19.95 one time fee, you list your property with the company giving all the particulars about the house. Then you put all the information about where you want to move to and what kind of property you're looking for. Be sure you put in the financial information as this works best when properties are near the same value, otherwise someone has to pay the difference in cash, a mortgage or maybe a trade. You can list several places you would be interested in moving to. The company goes through all the listings and matches them up using a number of criteria so that they find matches that are close to what you asked for. When they find a match they'll contact you and give you the information. If you're interested they put you together with the other party to try and work out a deal. The company does not get involved in the negotiations. Real estate agents can participate in this also. Right now I think this would be a great marketing tool for a real estate agent. I believe this will be a simple solution to many people who have to move and don't want two mortgages or have to rent their present home.
